This policy describes what data the LunaraAstro service (the "Lunara", "we") collects,
how we use it, and what rights you have under the
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Lunara is an entertainment self-care service based on a Telegram bot.

2. What data we collect
- Profile: the name you provided, birth date, birth time and place (optional), gender for addressing you
- Technical: Telegram ID, interface language, time zone
- Dialogue: the last 20 messages for response context
- Mood journal: daily mood entries and notes
- Subscription: plan, status, period — without card data (handled by Stripe)
We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers or card data.
3. Why we collect data
- Personalizing the bot's answers (sign, birth date, dialogue history)
- Computing astrological positions for forecasts
- Keeping the mood journal and sending evening reminders
- Managing the subscription and processing payments
4. Who we share data with
- Supabase (database, EU region) — storage of all user data
- OpenAI — processing messages to generate answers. Data is transferred in line with OpenAI's policy
- Stripe — payment processing. Lunara never sees or stores card data
- Telegram — the message delivery platform
We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How long data is kept
- Message history: the last 20 messages (rolling window). Free accounts — 90 days, Premium — while the subscription is active
- Mood journal and profile: until you delete your account
- After deletion: data is removed immediately and irreversibly
6. Your rights (GDPR)
- Get a copy of your data — the
/export_me command in the bot: we'll send a JSON file with all your data
- Delete all data — the
/delete_me command in the bot: data is removed immediately and irreversibly
- Correct your data — the
/reset, /birth, /gender, /timezone commands
- Object to processing — write to us: @viiptag
- Lodge a complaint — with the data protection authority in your country
7. Security
Data is stored in an encrypted Supabase database (EU region).
The connection is protected by TLS. Access to data is restricted and logged.
8. Children
The service is intended for users over 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
9. Policy changes
For significant changes we'll notify users through the bot.
